    Lock ‘N Load Championship Day

Back for a rematch, we played the Highland Heat once again this morning.  It was a nice, quick game.  We won as a result of slaughter rule, 17-0.  The boys took a little break to chill and then it was back on the field for them…and back to the stands for us parents.  We played the championship game against the Bolingbrook Rampage again and won in a tough game.  The final score was 23-7.   Our 10U Plainfield Diamond Kings now have an amazing record of 7-1.

I am so proud of Scott and the rest of the boys.  They have done an amazing job so far.  I know, I know, the season is still young, but I am very confident that they will have a wonderful 2012 season!  I am also very proud of all our coaches.  They have done a tremendous job molding these boys to become fine, young athletes.  They play with integrity, they play with their hearts, they all show great sportsmanship in wins and losses.  They are overall, a nice, well-rounded group of athletes that anyone would be proud to know.
