Is it okay for a person to blog about his or her ex wife or ex husband, if he or she is not using the ex spouse’s name? Does the court have the right to shut-down a blog for doing so?
Recently the website The Psycho Ex Wife was court ordered to be shut-down, due to its content. The blog told the story of Anthony Morelli’s battle in court with his ex wife–in his words. The judge ruled that the website was to be shut-down or Morelli would lose custody of his children. Do you think the judge made the right decision? A website Save the Psycho Ex Wife has been started, and donations have been received to support Morelli’s appeal in court. Did the judge infringe on Morelli’s freedom of speech or did she protect his children?
