Kohls — This is a place I visit frequently. I get a majority of my own clothing, my husbands and Scott and Gianna’s here as well as some home decor and kitchen related items…oh and shoes, can’t forget shoes!

Fannie May Candies — Both of my grandma’s worked at Fannie May for years, they actually worked together for some time. A holiday will never go by without a box of Fannie May Mint Meltaways on our table. In fact, I have two pound boxes still in my freezer…because hello…chocolate is good any time!

Extended Stay America — Back in our traveling baseball days we spent many a nights on the road and when we had to call a hotel a home for a weekend, we would usually stay at the Extended Stay American hotel nearest the ball park. What I love most is it’s like a tiny house with a small kitchen, dining area, along with your beds and full bathroom. And, when you are traveling with 5 people, you need to save money and you need lots of space. Extended Stay American offers both, money saving + space!

Crazy Shirts — This is one of my most memorable pieces of clothing. My parents went to Hawaii for my moms 50th birthday (that was 16 years ago btw) and she brought me home this really cool t-shirt that smelled just like chocolate! The word Chocolate was spelled out in different chocolate types of candy letters. I had that shirt for years…and years…and even handed it down to my daughter, Alyssa. She loved it too. It was just so soft and the scent of chocolate lasted on it for a very long time. I was thrilled when I saw they were still in business and still selling the chocolate t-shirt. I also noticed that they added a lavender one too which I am dying to try!

Best Buy — There really is no need to go into too many details about how awesome Best Buy is. They are my go to store for all things electronic. And for a limited time they are having a huge sale to celebrate their 50 years in business! 50th Anniversary Sale — Celebrate with Savings, Ends Saturday

Vans — Considering I have a tween and two teens, you know I have a pair or two of Vans in my house. This is a brand that Alyssa loves and may have a few pairs in different colors. In fact, she even wore them to her Homecoming dance. Can’t go wrong with a pair of Vans!

Walmart — And then there was Walmart. I go here every week to stock up on groceries and household goods. I do it because it’s cheaper than any other grocery store out here where I live. It’s great for school supplies which is where I get a majority of our items. I like that they have your every day name brand items at a cost that won’t break my bank. Any mom of teens knows, they eat… a lot!
