The My Friendship Bracelet Maker is the easiest bracelet maker…ever! I’ve always wanted to learn how to make those fancy friendship bracelets that I see all the kids wearing…yeah, I’m 40ish…so???? I received one to test out, to have my girls test it out, and give my (well, our) two cents on it. To be completely honest, I cannot say anything bad about this product. It comes with a supply of different colored threads to chose from in it’s convenient case. The directions are very simple to understand! Basically, if you can make the number 4, you’re ahead of the game. Of course, right now, that is all my designing has provided me with, but my 12 year old has really experimented with different patterns, using many different colors, and she is really having fun with it. We recently went on vacation and she brought it along to have something to do on the plane. The company does provide you with an extremely helpful website full of video’s, tutorials, pictures, you name it. We have it timed to about 2 hours for the completion of one bracelet. One suggestion that my daughter would make, is to add an attached easel to it, but other than that…it gets a solid 4 thumbs up (both mine & my daughters). This product would make a really nice Christmas gift for girls 6 and up! The company has also put together the “Pink and White Kids Join the Fight” breast cancer awareness campaign.
