Dr. Seuss is having a birthday!!! March 2 to be exact. All week at my son’s school has been Seuss week! To continue the celebration , I thought I would share this really cute snack idea inspired by his famous book, The Cat in the Hat.
For a yummy tasty treat, try these super easy and super yummy “Cat in the Hat” snacks!

Oreos
Red gummy lifesavers
Cookie icing.
Gently pull apart the Oreo and stack the gummy savers using the icing. Enjoy!!!
