The brand in question is Trader Joe’s Valencia Creamy Salted Peanut Butter, 30 people have become ill across 19 states. Trader Joe’s has also recalled Joe’s Valencia Peanut Butter with Roasted Flaxseeds, Crunchy and Salted and Trader Joe’s Almond Butter with Roasted Flaxseeds, Crunchy and Salted.
Trader Joe’s has voluntarily taken their peanut butter of the shelves, but please make sure you have too. Sunland is the company who makes the peanut butter for Trader Joe’s they also make products sold with the labels Fresh & Easy, Open Nature, Sprouts and Archer Farms {Found at Target}.
