Today’s Show Guests, Mollee Bauer & Michelle Lienhart

Mollee Bauer has a long history in the parenting and pregnancy space on the web. For as long as her son has been around (13 years) she’s been one of the initial pioneers of parenting and pregnancy online communities and applications. She’s one of the inventors of the first web-based interactive pregnancy calendar and one of the original staff of BabyCenter.com. Pregnancy.org was founded September 10, 2001 and continues to be one of the biggest women owned and operated parenting and pregnancy web sites available today. Pregnancy.org is proud of the over 4.1MM visitors to the site in the last year and hopes the growth of our extended family continues to blossom. We offer parents and parents-to-be a free membership that includes the web’s best pregnancy calendar and BBT charting tool, thousands of articles, expert Q & A, vibrant online communities, local content, video libraries, blogs, and product reviews. All of these tools help our members feel secure, knowledgeable and able to make the journey to parenthood that much easier. Pregnancy.org itself is the winner of the 2006 silver W3 award in family and parenting as well as a 2009 Gold Horizon Award.

There are tees for the whole family—men, women, kids and infants. We have a line of 100% organic cotton tees as well. All Just Be tees are printed on super-soft, combed ring-spun 100% cotton tees with a soft-hand technique using eco-friendly ink. This means that there is no “plastic-y feel” to the design. In fact you can’t feel the design at all and it is also better for the environment.

Just Be is being built around an online community for people to share how they Just Be. Myspace, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube are used, along with a customized website and blog at www.jb-justbe.com. People share and show how they Just Be by uploading photos and videos to the blog and the other social networking sites.

Just Be also has several kinds of fundraising programs that you can use to raise money for your school, club, class or other organization. You would earn $5.00 for each tee and $3.00 for each accessory you sell. And…each seller earns a free t-shirt for every 10 shirts they sell! Go to www.jb-justbe.com for more information.

Some international movie stars are now wearing Just Be tees because of the Oscars. Just Be was selected to participate in the exclusive celebrity gift bags given away at the Academy Awards in February 2009. From that event, Just Be organic tees were specifically asked for to be featured in Closet Cyclers, a new documentary focusing on Hollywood, celebrities and green products for a better environment. The celebrities, such as Mycole Metcalf, Jenny McCarthy, Kate Winslet and Daryl Hannah (just to name a few), will be wearing the tees during the filming of the documentary.

Just Be tees were given to celebrity tween and teen girls and boys at an event in Los Angeles. Celebrity tweens and teens from hit television shows and movies, such as Zoey 101, Wizards of Waverly Place, Hannah Montana, Princess Protection Program, Dance Flick and more will be sporting our tees. We also received a personal request for tees from the Cyrus family—Miley and Billy Ray.

Just Be also participated in a Back to School Celebrity Kids Gift Bags. Among the recipients were the kids of Angelina Jolie, Courtney Cox, Reese Witherspoon, Sarah Jessica Parker, Jennifer Garner, just to name a few. I received a personal thank you from Courtney Cox’s daughter Coco.

Just Be was named an “Inspired Innovation” by Inc. and Fast Company magazines. The company was featured in their October 2008 issues.

    It’s a good time to…Just Be.
