R is for Reality
I’m not talking about reality shows, I’m talking about real life reality. You know, the reality that happens to each and every one of us on a daily basis that isn’t scripted, planned or expected. That is what my week was like that week. That reality prevented me from posting my A-Z daily posts. It was a week that I’d love to forget. I am not sure if it was related to the bloodmoon, full moon or what but my week was very Hell-ish to say the least. Easter snuck up on me and I was scrounging around on Tuesday to get what ever decorations I could find in the basement upstairs and in place. Yes, it was only for 5 days, but it was at least a little more festive since I was having the family over for Easter dinner! I was also running kids back and forth to different things and I must have went to the grocery store about a million times because I kept forgetting things and I just was not prepared. I will still add my missing letters to the blog, but I have to clean my office first because I’m feeling very claustrophobic in here right now! My reality this week will consist of cleaning up my office, putting all the decorations back in their boxes and in the basement, running kids to school events and sport practices, and then I have to remember to make dinner….but first I have to go to the grocery store, and the dentist, and make a million and two phone calls. Somewhere in there I need to find the time to sleep and work on my Baby Swags giftings, follow-ups, and shoot out updates for my PR clients! OH why OH why aren’t there more hours in the day? Reality as an adult…sucks! So much to do, so little time to do it in!
How about you? What has your reality looked like lately?
