This is the easiest recipe you will ever come across!
1 can of french onion soup (Campbell’s)
1 can of water
1 cup of rice
(optional chopped celery)
Brown pork chops and season with salt and pepper.
Once brown, pour in onion soup and water.
(If you decide to use the chopped celery, add it now).
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Pour in long grain rice around chops.
Cover and cook for 20 minutes until the rice is fully cooked.
Serve with corn if you wish. We love to mix the rice and corn together. Delish!!!
