I am a huge fan of trying new things and when I saw the coupon in the paper for the Quaker Sweet & Salty Crunch bars, I just had to find them. It was hard. Target didn’t carry them, the regular grocery stores did not carry them, but while shopping today at Wal-Mart I was able to score these babies! I picked up one box just in case I didn’t like them. I purchased the Toffee Nut Crunch ones because I just had a vision of a Heath bar running through my head, minus the chocolate of course. Well, I just tried it and I have to say it was delish! It was not full of toffee flavor, but it had just the right amount. I crunched and crunched and crunched! Each little package comes with two bars and is 150 calories for the two. I was pleasantly surprised that I liked it as much as I did. Took everything I had in me to stay away from another little package!
They retailed at Wal-Mart for 2 something, I even forgot since I was so excited to even find them. No joke, I searched for weeks and finally found them! YAY!!!
If you like oats, nuts and toffee, this one is a definite keeper!
