Quick and Easy Bathroom Update

I have been dying to update my boys bathroom. When we moved in to our new house last summer, I just used our previous decor in the bathroom that we had before. However, now that the boys are growing up, the little jungle theme is not really fitting their personality anymore. However, I was not sure what I wanted to do. It’s a smaller bathroom, so I knew I couldn’t do anything drastic or major.

After several days of searching for ideas and inspiration, I came across these FREE printable bathroom signs from Over The Big Moon. Once I saw those, I just knew exactly what I wanted to do.

I printed and cut out each sign, there was a 4th FLOSS one as well, but didn’t need that one. 🙂

I then took 3 old frames I had in a storage tote in my garage that I was no longer using and spray painted each frame in a blue, yellow, and orange spray paint. I use Rustoleum Painters Touch from Walmart or Home Depot. I had each color on hand, but costs about $3.77 for a can.

I placed each printable sign into a painted frame and hung in the bathroom. Made a huge difference. Plus, since I had all the materials, it was free to do. However, if you do not have the materials you can find cheap frames at Wal Mart for around $3-$5.

Here is our before picture.

Here is the new updated bathroom.

I am so happy with the quick update. Now, to update the shower curtain and a few more details. 🙂
