Last night I attempted to make this Tortellini Cheese Bake and I must say, it was pretty yummy! It was very easy to make and was picky eater approved!
What you need:
24 oz jar of pasta sauce. Any kind is fine.
16 oz of Tortellini. Fresh, dry, frozen or any kind.
4oz of cream cheese
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
How to make”
Preheat oven to 450.
Cook pasta according to package, but just shy of al dente. Will cook in oven.
In a medium sauce pan, heat the sauce and cream cheese until cheese has melted and sauce is creamy.
Spray a 2qt casserole dish with cooking spray.
Drain pasta and place pasta in dish.
Pour sauce mixture over the pasta and toss lightly.
Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.
Cook uncovered in oven for 10-15min until golden and bubbly.
