With summer heat and sun beating down upon you, are you sun safe? We spend many hours outside, especially on the weekends because my son is on a travel baseball team. We are usually sweating stuck outside for a minimum of 2 hours and sometimes we can be out there for 3 games which is about 6+ hours. When we go outside to swim in the pool, we are out there for about 3 hours or more at a time. It’s hot out, even in the water. Being outside in the summer is just something we all do.
