    Best Banana Bread Recipe

That’s right, this is the best banana bread recipe…ever!  I am not sure where it originated but it’s the only recipe I will use to make banana bread.  It’s quick, simple and extremely tasty!

I swear, when ever I make this banana bread, it is gone in less than 30 minutes from when it comes out of the oven.  It’s just that good.  My kids take big slices and if I’m lucky, I may get away with one regular bread slice size!  I usually will make two of them if I can, one for me {hahaha} and one for the other 4 people in the house!  Last night that wasn’t the case.  I used all the banana’s to make this loaf extra banana-y and it was super moist! YUMMO!

Of course, you can add nuts or chocolate chips, raisins, what ever you’d like, but my family prefers to just have the bread and the bread alone!  I have also used this exact banana bread recipe to make banana muffins and banana mini muffins and it works great for that too.  I usually make the mini muffins and stick them in my freezer for snacks when I’m craving a little something because they don’t take too long to thaw out and they are just as tasty heated up with a little dollop of butter on them.

Again, I have no idea where I found this recipe as it’s been in my family since I’ve been married and I just have it written on a very worn out 3.5×5 note card so now I am passing the note card along to you!  May you and your family enjoy the best banana bread recipe for many years to come! 🙂
