Disney Descendants 3 is probably one of this year’s most talked-about movie with the kids and there is a reason for that. The movie starts out with a very catchy and colorful musical number (you’ll soon be singing it all day) as the four get to select the next group who will be joining them at Auradon Prep. Once the group returns to Auradon, you get a nice little purple surprise.
Hades makes his appearance after breaking through the barrier seeking nothing other than revenge. Mal decides to close the barrier permanently fearful that Uma and Hades will seek vengeance but you know, twists and turns people! Meanwhile, Audrey is going through something of her own…Ben is missing, and the group has to learn to work together and maybe even be….friends.
How will they fight this looming evil? What does Audrey have up her sleeve? Who will Ben choose? Will the gate be closed for eternity? How many songs will you soon learn the lyrics to? It is today’s version of High School Musical (my kids grew up on those) and it’s a lot of fun to watch! What happens to the team next?
Moms, be prepared because you’ll be playing the Disney Descendants 3 DVD back to back for probably days or weeks, maybe even all month long! It’s has a lot of catchy tunes so also be prepared to be singing along!
