I have a wonderful neighbor that likes to feed me and my family. One night she brought over one of her dinners and it was so good {but then again, all her dinners are good…except for anything that has fish or plant in the name}…anyway, my husband and I wanted to make it on our own and well…it was the easiest dinner ever to make. I’m sure you’ve probably had it before, perhaps even made it but I’m sharing it here for you now and if you do try it, I hope you comment and let us know what you think.
Ingredients:
Green Peppers
Italian Sausage
Potatoes
Salt/Pepper/Garlic Salt
Directions: Cut up sausage, green pepper {you can add red peppers and onions if you want and I diced mine because I don’t like big chunks}, and potatoes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place all cut ingredients into a 13×9 pan, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle on some salt, pepper and garlic salt. Cook for 30-45 minutes or until potatoes are tender and sausage is no longer pink. Be sure to mix it a few times so it doesn’t stick and burn. You want to make sure you coat it pretty good with oil. Serve with bread or ON bread and it’s DELISH!!! Easy peasy!
