Quick and Easy Crockpot Pork Chops
Ingredients:
5 boneless pork chops
1 can of cream of celery soup
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of sweet peas
6 russet/Idaho potatoes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon thyme
Directions: Brown pork chops in skillet on both sides. Wash and cut potatoes into chunks. Place pork chops in crock-pot and pour both cream soups and potatoes over the pork chops. Add garlic powder and thyme and place on high for 4-5 hours or low for 7-8 hours. About 15 minutes prior to it being done, add sweet peas to heat and cover. Pork chops will break apart with ease when done. It is so good…even the kids will like it!
