Ingredients:
1.5 pounds of round steak
3 TBSP butter
2 cans of cream soup (we don’t eat mushrooms, so I opted for cream of celery soup)
1 tsp paprika
1 large onion chopped
1/2 cup water
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup water
2 TBSP flour
Directions:
Cube your round steak and place in crock pot with all remaining ingredients excluding the 1/4 cup of water and2 TBSP flour. Cook on low for 2 hours and then on high for 4. When done cooking, mix water and flour together and slowly stir into mixture and cook on low for 15 more minutes.
Serve with egg noodles or mashed potatoes and corn! YUM!
