Bacon Egg Cups

Love bacon like we do? This recipe is perfect! While searching for a new and easy recipe for breakfast, I came across this very yummy recipe for bacon egg cups!

Bacon Eggs Cups via Fat Girl Trapped in Skinny Girl Body

What you need:

Bacon – we did not cook beforehand, but I think would have been better to do so.

Eggs – 5 or 6

Milk

Cheese

salt & pepper

Cooking spray

Muffin tin

How to make:

Spray inside muffin cups with cooking spray.

Place back in muffin tins along the sides.

 

Place eggs into bowl

 

Whip and add milk, salt and pepper. Like making scrambled eggs. Mix completely.

Pour into cups.

 

Top with cheese. Back in a 350 degree oven for about 30min.

 

Mine didn’t turn out like the photo, but still very good. A winner in our house!!! Plus only about 100 calories per cup!

  1. That’s funny that you made that! I made that exact same one but not scrambled, we did over-medium and served them on english muffins for our own healthier version of an Egg McMuffin! 🙂 It was really good! So good that my husband asked me a few days later to make it again!
