    Mango & Banana Coconut Milk Yogurt Smoothie

    Today we’re chatting about snacks via our #T2TChat on Twitter.

    Therefore, I thought I’d share one of my kiddos’ favorite Summer Time snacks {well actually anytime snack}- a smoothie!  We devour smoothies in my house; they’re yummy nutritious, and smoothies are great to stick veggies in as well (spinach, kale, or peas).

    The best thing about a smoothie is they can double as a smoothie-pop, perfect for Hot Summer Days.

    Here is what you will need:

    • 2 Organic Bananas
    • So Delicious Dairy Free Cultured Coconut Milk {Vanilla} (or whatever brand you like)
    • 1 cup or 1 1/2 cup of Mangos {fresh or frozen I prefer frozen for consistency}
    • 1/2 cup Almond Milk {or soy}
    To make the smoothie thicker, I stick my yogurt in the freezer for a little bit.  Frozen mangos help replace the need for ice, which I believe dilutes the smoothie.  You could freeze fresh mangos if you’d rather use fresh.

    If that was too easy or you have leftovers fill-up popsicle molds, and you have smoothie pops to cool off you and your family after some fun in the sun.
