The deals haven’t been all that exciting lately but I was still able to snag up some good deals yesterday. When you have a shopping addiction and a coupon addiction, it has now become a challenge for me to see exactly what I can get for the least amount of money! My best was a grocery shopping trip that totaled over $160.00 and I paid $14.00 out of my pocket! It was a proud moment for me. This trip to CVS wasn’t so bad, not the greatest I have done, but good all the same.
Here is how it went down….
This is what I got yesterday at CVS………
Covergirl eyeshadow @ 1.69
Covergirl lipstick 3 @ 2.99
Revlon 12hour eyeshadow @ 2.25
Dial soap @ 1.99
Almay powder eyeshadow @ 6.99
Aquafresh 2 @ 2.99
CVS version of Claritin 3 @ 3.79
Hershey’s Nugget 2 @ 1.60
Crest Toothpaste 2 @ 2.99
Total bill was 48.42 plus tax
Used .60 off dial from Sunday’s paper
used 5 / $1.00 off Covergirl
used 2 / $1.00 off Aquafresh
used 1 $2.00 off Almay
used another $2.00 off something
used a $5.00 off $25 CVS coupon and $18.96 in ECB’s
Total due was $12.86 plus tax for a grand total of $13.95
Used a gift card for the balance and got back….
$23.35 in ECB’s
That means I spent a total of $9.56 on my gift card.
Got lots of makeup, toothpaste and candy! LOL for less than $10.00!!! Where else can you get deals like that? Don’t you just LOVE CVS!!!
